# Fictional Forms response — expected answer

This is a practice blueprint, not a live Google Form. Create the two questions from `form-blueprint.csv` and submit exactly one **fictional** response:

| Question | Test answer |
| --- | --- |
| Which tutorial should we improve? | Spreadsheet cleanup |
| What would make it clearer? | Label the workbook download more clearly. |

After connecting **Responses → Link to Sheets** to a new Sheet, expect **one response data row** containing those two answers and an automatically generated timestamp. The actual timestamp depends on when and where you submit; do not compare it to a fixed date. If the Sheet has no response row, check that the form was published, the response was submitted, and the correct Sheet destination is linked.

Privacy checks before using a real form:

1. In form Settings → Presentation, **View results summary** is off. Google's help says enabling it can show full-text answers to people who can respond.
2. Review who can access the form as collaborator versus responder. Remove unintended collaborators.
3. In the **linked Sheet's separate Share panel**, set **General access → Restricted** and review named and inherited access. Google says form collaborators automatically get access to a newly created response Sheet; later form permission changes do not automatically update Sheet permissions. Remove anyone who should not see answers from both files.
4. Pass only when the summary is off, the Sheet says Restricted, and both files list only intended collaborators. Intended collaborators can still read answers. If inherited parent-folder access cannot be removed on this Sheet, move it to a dedicated restricted folder before collecting real responses.
5. The demo asks for no email addresses or personal information. Do not enter real participant data while testing. This is an expected-answer sheet; no live response or permission test has been recorded for this episode.
