Run all three tests in Preview, returning to the opening page for each answer. A pass requires the named destination and Submit form without an unrelated section. If one fails, inspect the opening answer mapping. For Spreadsheet or Email, also inspect the destination section's next-action dropdown; the final General section ends at Submit automatically in the current editor.
