# Workshop Feedback — fictional practice form

Goal: let anyone with the responder link answer two harmless questions without a required Google sign-in. Use a new practice form; do not change a production form to match this card.

1. Title: `Workshop Feedback — Practice`.
2. Question 1: `Which tutorial would help you next?` Multiple choice: `Excel`, `Gmail`, `Files`.
3. Question 2: `Which step was confusing?` Optional paragraph.
4. No file-upload question. Do not collect verified email addresses. Do not limit to one response.
5. For this exercise only, publish with responder access set to `Anyone with the link` if your account offers it. Copy the responder link and test it while signed out.
6. Optional fictional response: `Excel`; `I want a short practice workbook.` Submit only to your own new practice form.

Never enter customer or private information in this exercise. This download is a recipe, not a live Google Form. A separate private, unpublished practice form was created to check its editor settings, but a signed-out visitor submission has not been tested.
