The Text Format tab starts with a blank D2 formatted as Text; enter the expression to reproduce it. The Leading Apostrophe tab also starts blank; enter `'=B2*C2` to reproduce the prefix case, then replace it with the normal formula. Recheck the displayed value and formula bar after each change.
