# One-site cleanup checklist

This is a fictional planning worksheet. Replace `help.example.com` with a site you personally choose only when you are ready to reset its stored state.

- [ ] Save unfinished forms, drafts, or carts on the target site.
- [ ] Copy the exact hostname from the address bar.
- [ ] Open Chrome Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > See all site data and permissions.
- [ ] Search and read the matching entries; avoid unrelated lookalikes.
- [ ] Remove only the intended entry and confirm Delete.
- [ ] Verify the entry is gone from the site-data list.
- [ ] Reload the target, sign in again if needed, and record whether the original symptom changed.

Expected effect: stored state for the selected site is reset. Clearing site data is a diagnostic step, not a guarantee of a repair. Do not claim that every related sign-in service is unaffected.
