Expected after a permitted fictional test: change Week 3 in the source Sheet from 24 to 30 while Weeks 1 and 2 stay 12 and 18; after using Update in Slides, the linked chart should show 12, 18, and 30. A pasted image or unlinked chart does not gain this update control.

## Applicability

Linking a chart can expose its chart contents to people who can view the Slides presentation even without access to the source Sheet. Work with fictional data and do not share the practice deck. Changes to the source may overwrite local edits to the linked object when refreshed.
