After a permitted test submission choosing Thursday, the respondent page shows exactly: 'Thanks. Your practice request is recorded. You can close this page.' The form has one fictional Thursday response. No email notification to that respondent is inferred from the confirmation page.

## Applicability

Google Forms confirmation text appears after a submission; it is not itself an automated reply email. A respondent-facing test may require the form to be published for the test account, subject to its access settings. Keep the practice form restricted and do not expose it publicly.
