The fictional workshop fact card says check-in begins at 9:00 AM and equipment returns to the front desk. The question sheet turns those two facts into a quiz worth five points. The answer check shows both a perfect and a mixed response.
1. Enable quiz mode
Create a blank Google Form called Workshop Readiness Check. Open Settings and turn on Make this a quiz. For the practice, leave Collect email addresses off. Choose Immediately after each submission for grade release if you want a preview test to show a score. Review the respondent options for missed questions, correct answers, and point values; decide what a real audience should see.
2. Add the two multiple-choice questions
Question 1: “When does workshop check-in begin?” Add 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM. Open Answer key, choose 9:00 AM, and enter 2 points. Add feedback explaining that the fact card states nine o'clock.
Question 2: “Where should equipment be returned?” Add Front desk, Mail room, and Supply closet. Open Answer key, choose Front desk, and enter 3 points. Add feedback that restates the fact card. Google documents answer keys, point values, and feedback for supported question types, including multiple choice.
3. Preview and reconcile
In a private practice form, use Preview to inspect the respondent view. A response selecting 9:00 AM and Front desk should earn 5/5: 2 + 3 = 5. A response selecting 9:00 AM and Mail room should earn 2/5: 2 + 0 = 2. If the result differs, inspect both answer keys, point fields, and the grade-release setting. The downloadable answer check lists each choice.
The practice files are local question material. They are not a Google Forms export, and no live quiz submission is claimed in this source package.
Before sharing a real quiz
Check whether the form is published, who may respond, whether email addresses are collected, and what answer feedback respondents can see. Do not publish a quiz containing real learner or company data without reviewing those controls. Google's publishing guide explains responder access separately from grading.
Sources and visual evidence
Google's quiz and grading instructions and publishing instructions were checked 13 October 2026. The exact two questions, answer keys, point values, immediate grade release, and disabled email collection were verified in a private unpublished test form. The companion video uses illustrative diagrams of the fictional questions; no English app capture or actual scored submission has been produced for episode 45.
