Quick answer. In OneDrive, select the owned file, open Details > Manage access, locate the exact link and choose Remove link. Check the remaining access entries; one removed link does not necessarily revoke direct or inherited access.

Use the fictional access audit to distinguish a link from direct access. Compare the intended outcome with the answer check before changing any real permission.

Before you start. Removing a sharing link is an access change and needs an authorized fictional file. OneDrive personal and work accounts can show different controls. Do not remove a real collaborator's access or promise a signed-out result without testing the exact link.

2. Open Manage access

Select just the agenda file in OneDrive. Open its Details pane and choose Manage access. Microsoft's current instructions show the file's people and links in this area. Confirm the selected file name before changing anything, especially if adjacent files have similar titles.

Checkpoint: Correct file and its existing link entries visible.

4. Check other access paths

Review the remaining Manage access entries. A person may have direct access, or a parent folder or shared workspace may grant access independently. Removing a link does not automatically cancel those grants. State exactly which route was removed instead of saying the file is now completely private.

Checkpoint: Direct and inherited access checked separately.

5. Test the old URL when possible

If you have a permitted signed-out test context, open the exact old URL there and verify it no longer grants access. An owner remaining able to open the file is not evidence that a retired link still works, because the owner has a separate right to the file. Keep any tested link out of public screenshots.

Checkpoint: Old link fails for unauthorized viewer; owner's file remains.

Verify the result

The specific Review copy link no longer appears in Manage access after removal, while the fictional agenda file itself remains present. If an unauthorized test is available, the exact old URL no longer opens through that link. Any direct grant or parent-folder permission must be checked separately; removing the link alone does not prove all access ended.

If it still does not work

If Review copy link is not listed, confirm you selected Harbor Workshop agenda.txt and inspect that file's Manage access links; do not remove a different link as a substitute. If Remove link is unavailable, check that you own the fictional file or have permission to manage its sharing. OneDrive personal and work accounts may place the control differently. After removal, confirm the file remains and the exact link entry is absent. If an old URL still opens in the owner's session, that alone proves nothing about the retired link because the owner has separate access; use a permitted viewer test if available and inspect direct or parent-folder grants separately.
